I don't know if it'll be of any use to you without the M22 to test it in, though. If you want to give this a shot on your ABS printer, I'd be glad to share the files. The walls of the magazine are decently thick. The spring doesn't take all that much force to compress it, so I'd imagine it would be ok with either plastic. My print settings will probably use a 0.06" layer height. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out. The library has a Makerbot Replicator and it can only use PLA. Wow, that 1200es looks pretty nice! Yeah, it might be better to use ABS for the added strength. The atomization left a bit to be desired but it did work. We've made a small spray gun that can handle 30 psi and actually spray paint with it. I can't recall the strength ratings under tension. 010" so magazine dimensions should be fine, since the system uses layers it might separate between layers once loaded to capacity.might not. I'm most accustomed to the (ABS plastic) extrusion process models, we have a Dimension 1200es at work. Depending on the 3D printer, the magazine will likely be ok.
